Website Service Agreement
Important: Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your website request. By checking the agreement box on the request form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
1. Ownership of Brand Name & Content
You retain full ownership of:
- Your business name, brand name, and logo
- All text content, images, and media you provide for the website
- Your customer data and business information
- Any intellectual property you bring to the project
2. Website Ownership
Qureo Studios retains ownership of:
- The website code, design, and underlying structure
- Custom scripts, templates, and programming created for your site
- The hosting infrastructure and server configuration
This means that while your brand and content belong to you, the actual website (the code, design framework, and technical implementation) remains the property of Qureo Studios.
3. Domain Name
You are responsible for:
- Purchasing your own domain name (e.g., yourbusiness.com)
- Paying the annual domain renewal fees
- Maintaining domain registration in your name
We can assist you with domain setup and configuration, but the domain must be registered and paid for by you.
4. Monthly Hosting & Maintenance Fee
You agree to pay a recurring monthly fee that covers:
- Website hosting on our servers
- Regular maintenance and security updates
- Technical support and minor updates
- Backup services
Payment Terms: Monthly fees are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of your website until payment is received.
5. Termination
If you choose to discontinue service:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
- Your content and data will be provided to you upon request
- The website will be taken offline after service ends
- Your domain name remains yours and can be transferred elsewhere
6. Modifications & Custom Work
Major changes or new features beyond routine maintenance may incur additional charges. We will always discuss and agree on pricing before any extra work begins.
